Our goal in the Bishop’s Ranch kitchen has always been to nourish, both nutritionally and spiritually, as we create and serve our food. High quality meals are lovingly prepared and served by a talented kitchen staff who utilize the freshest ingredients available.

RefectoryFood1When possible, we use local organic produce – some of which is grown right here on the Ranch. All our flours and grains are grown organically. To avoid excess preservatives, we make our desserts, muffins, and salad dressings fresh or from “scratch.” We support agricultural practices that are renewing and sustaining rather than depleting of the soil.

Vegetarian and necessary dietary restrictions can be accommodated when made 2 weeks in advance of your stay. Guests dine buffet style in a large dining room that offers breathtaking views of Mt. St. Helena and the Russian River Valley.
