Overnight Groups
We offer a unique setting that allows people to meet and relax together in a place that serves the needs of the particular organization. Serving those who serve is an important part of the Ranch’s mission. Our Reservations Coordinator will help guide you in creating a package of lodging, meals, and meeting space that meets your groups unique needs and goals for your time at the Ranch. Groups have access to the Ranch grounds and public facilities as well as trails on our 365 acres.
Day Use and Meetings
We have varied and flexible meeting accommodations for groups looking to hold a day retreat, training or other day use event. We have both formal conference style spaces and informal living room spaces available for all sized groups. Meeting areas have full kitchens or kitchenette areas for snacks. Lunch and basic A/V equipment is included in your day use package. Coffee and tea service is included with your rental of the Pavilion and St. John’s Meeting House. Optional continental breakfast can also be added. Our Reservations Coordinator can assist you in developing a package that works for your organization’s unique needs.
Individual Retreats
The Bishop’s Ranch focuses on group retreats. But when space is available we schedule individual retreats up to two weeks before a proposed visit. Please contact us for availability or to be placed on our email list that goes out when we have individual retreat space available.
Reservations
- The Bishop’s Ranch requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the projected cost to reserve space on the calendar.
- Many of our reservations are made a year in advance, so please call or e-mail to inquire about further rate information and to determine if space is available on the calendar.
- The Bishop’s Ranch is owned by the Episcopal Diocese of California.
