Kay Qvale Ranch House

The Ranch House is a gracious, two story, Spanish style building built in 1930. It has fifteen unique bedrooms and sleeps up to thirty eight people. This historic building offers the comforts of a large living room with stone fireplace, piano and seating for forty. It includes a large outdoor courtyard, library, dining room, sun room, and kitchen.

The William and Mary Swing Hospitality Pavilion

This dynamic meeting space provides a place for formal or informal meetings, performing arts, dancing, educational events and much more.  The 4,000 square foot meeting hall has a 1,500 square foot main floor, a stage area, sound and projection equipment, 2 raised galleries and window seat areas for small group meetings, abundant natural light, spectacular views, and a full kitchen.  Up to 125 people may be seated at tables for conferences.

The porch and patio adjacent to the building provide inviting outdoor seating and informal meeting space.  There is plentiful parking within walking distance of the building.  All meeting facilities at The Bishop’s Ranch are wheelchair accessible.

St. John’s Meeting House

A spacious meeting hall with clerestory windows, fireplace, piano, kitchenette, expansive deck with beautiful views, and indoor seating for up to forty people theater style. This flexible space can be used for dancing, yoga, formal business meetings and casual gatherings.

Harrison House

Harrison House is a spacious, five bedroom lodge with a large living room for meeting. Four of the bedrooms are large “family style” rooms that contain a King sized bed, twin, and set of bunk beds. The fifth bedroom is ADA accessible and contains a full sized bed and a twin sized bed. The large deck is perfect for informal gathering and has a stunning view overlooking the Russian River Valley. Harrison House has a sleeping capacity of up to eighteen people and can accommodate up to twenty five for informal meetings.

St. Stephen’s Cottages

Five comfortable cottages arranged in a ring surrounding a lawn make up the St. Stephen’s Village. Each cottage has two bedrooms, a sitting room and a full bathroom. Four of the cottages can sleep up to eight people each with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds in each of their two bedrooms.  The fifth cottage is wheel chair accessible and sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms. When utilizing the maximum sleeping capacity of up to thirty eight people, the cottages are our most economical lodging option.

Webb Lodge

Webb Lodge is a two story building featuring ten private rooms each with their own bathroom and deck that overlook rolling hills, a pond, and stately oaks. Nine of the rooms contain one full-sized bed and one twin sized bed. The tenth room is wheelchair accessible and contains two twin beds. Attached to Webb Lodge is a lovely courtyard with outdoor seating as well as the Graupner Room, a comfortable group living room with open beam ceilings, fireplace, and kitchenette. The Graupner Room is included when renting all of Webb Lodge. The Graupner Room can also be rented separately for smaller informal meetings.

Graupner Room

Attached to Webb Lodge, this is a comfortable group living room and meeting space with open beam ceilings, fireplace and kitchenette.

Tent Camping

Near the St. John’s Meeting House are five primitive tent camping sites. There are two sites with wooden platforms and three sites with dirt pads. There is no electricity offered at the tent sites, and bathrooms and showers are shared and attached to the St. John’s Meeting House.
